Spellbound Brewing

Spellbound Brewing had a run of success after starting their microbrewery in Mt. Holly, New Jersey. Driven by their passion for crafting beer, they developed their core line along with an increasing number of specialty beers. As the popularity of their beers grew, it came time to revisit the brand and create a cohesive look and feel. The original logo had become a recognizable icon, however it had some readability issues. So we made the decision to evolve it rather than to do a complete redesign. Playing off the art nouveau character of the logo, a series of of background patterns and mesmerizing beer names were chosen to reinforce the idea of being entranced. The core 4 tie together strongly as a family, while leaving some creative latitude for the seasonal and specialty beers.
